At Hobbmate, we are committed to maintaining a safe platform and have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit content, behavior, or interactions that exploit, endanger, or sexually abuse children in any way.

 

This policy applies to all users, content, communications, profiles, media uploads, and activities conducted on the Hobbmate platform.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users may not use Hobbmate to:

• Upload, share, store, distribute, or promote Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Groom, exploit, sexualize, or endanger minors

• Engage in inappropriate interactions involving minors

• Request, solicit, or distribute sexually explicit images or content involving minors

• Promote or facilitate child trafficking, exploitation, or abuse

• Attempt to use the platform for predatory behavior toward minors

• Share links or external resources containing CSAE-related material

Any attempt to engage in such behavior will result in immediate enforcement action.

Detection and Moderation

Hobbmate actively works to prevent CSAE through a combination of:​

• User reporting systems

• Manual moderation

• Automated detection and safety mechanisms

• Account review and enforcement procedures

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate this policy.

Reporting Abuse​

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child exploitation or endangerment, please report it immediately through the app’s reporting tools or contact us directly.

We review reports as quickly as possible and take appropriate action, including escalation to relevant authorities where required.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

​

Hobbmate complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with law enforcement agencies and authorized organizations investigating child exploitation or abuse.

Where legally required, we may report offending content, accounts, or activity to appropriate authorities.

Protecting children is a core safety priority at Hobbmate. We continuously work to improve our moderation systems, safety policies, and enforcement processes to help ensure a secure environment for all users.

We may update this CSAE Policy periodically to reflect legal, operational, or platform changes. Continued use of Hobbmate constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
